2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

  • All orders must be placed through our official website, social media pages, or authorized representatives.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, Stc bank, Mobily Pay, Ur Pay, Barq or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • No additional charges will apply for COD payments.

  • Customers must ensure that payment is made in full at the time of delivery.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified after dispatch.

  • In case of payment failure or incorrect information, the order may be delayed or canceled.

  • Refusal to accept confirmed orders without valid reason may affect future COD eligibility.

  • The company reserves the right to suspend COD service for repeated cancellations or delivery refusals.

3. Delivery

  • We provide safe nationwide delivery within 2 to 6 working days across Saudi Arabia.

  • Delivery times may vary due to location, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, under the conditions stated in our Return Policy.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

5. Product Information

  • We ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate; however, colors , Packing, or textures may appear slightly different due to New packing, lighting or screen or settings.

  • Glowflos is not responsible for skin reactions caused by product misuse or allergies. Always check ingredients before use.
