At glowflos, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please review our shipping terms and delivery details below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a second notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard domestic shipping across Saudi Arabia.

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select areas within Saudi Arabia.

  • An additional COD service fee of SAR 10 may apply at checkout. Please ensure exact payment is ready when courier partners deliver your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS message containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undelivered Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address, contact phone number, and national address details before confirming your order.

  • glowflos is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or failed deliveries due to unanswered courier calls. Re-shipping costs for returned packages will be charged to the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately and contact our team within 48 hours of receipt at glowsleekshopify@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +966 554389499. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or resolution.
