At Glowflos, your satisfaction is our priority.
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be accepted for return.

4. If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo or video).

5. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

6. Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
