1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Time:

   • Within Jeddah : 1–2 business days.

   • Other Cities : 2–6 business days, depending on destination and courier service.

3. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

4. Delivery Charges:

   • Minimum delivery charge is 20 SAR.

   • For orders weighing more than 4 kg, the delivery charge will increase depending on total weight and location.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

6. Delays: Unexpected delays may occur due to  holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your understanding.

7. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address and contact information are correct. Glowflos is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
